Millbrook World Travel was started in 2019 by Robin Norell, ACC, CTA. Named in honor of her father’s business (custom kitchen manufacturing in upstate NY for over 50 years), Robin wanted to help others to join the travel industry.

We do not charge service fees (we are paid by the supplier), so our experience and service are yours at no cost. We may even save you money – either through additional amenities offered through our consortium (Ensemble), or by continuing to watch for promotions even after you have booked your vacation that will give you a better price.

With a goal of exceeding customer service expectations, Robin and her agents are ready and happy to help with any and all travel plans – ocean and river cruises, travel packages (air/hotel to Europe, Caribbean all-inclusive resorts, and anywhere on the planet), Disney travel, group tours, and individual travel.
